I’m just a nurse who has seen a lot. From the medical halls of Naval hospitals, to the trauma bay in Afghanistan, to third-world care in the South China Sea, and finally in our own local Snohomish County clinics and hospitals, I’ve learned a lot about the medical field. I’ve seen how it helps—and how it harms.
My goal is to fix this broken system one patient at a time. People need to be cared for, and they need to be active participants in their own care.
This family practice clinic is a simple model that costs just a small monthly fee—about the same as a phone bill. For that, a patient can see their family doctor whenever they’re needed.

Jubilee Clinic does not:
- Own or operate any Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice
- Employ physicians for the purpose of delivering DPC services
- Bill insurance or manage insurance-based care
- Set medical policies, treatment plans, or clinical decisions
This separation is intentional and required. Medical practices operating within Jubilee Clinics remain independent and physician-owned by Vitality Medical, with full responsibility for patient care and practice operations.

Vitality Medical delivers care through a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, where patients and physicians work directly together without insurance interference for routine primary care.
Vitality Medical operates within Jubilee Clinics, which provides the facility and operational support where care is delivered. Vitality Medical retains full responsibility for clinical care, patient relationships, and the DPC membership.

Important Considerations for Washington State Residents:

- Non-Qualifying Coverage: Participation in a DPC practice is not considered qualifying coverage under the Affordable Care Act. Ensure you have appropriate insurance to avoid potential penalties.

Instead, we pass them down to you at cost, meaning you only pay the actual discounted rate that we negotiate on your behalf—with zero markup.

At Jubilee Clinic, we are committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care within the scope of our practice and values. However, there are certain medical services that we do not offer.
Services We Do Not Provide:
No abortive care – We do not provide or prescribe abortion services or medications.
No gender transformative treatments – We do not offer medical or surgical interventions related to gender transition.
No hormone therapy – We do not prescribe or manage hormone replacement therapy outside of standard primary care treatments (e.g., menopause-related care).
Our focus is on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall patient wellness. If a service falls outside our scope, we are happy to discuss alternative care options and refer you to trusted specialists when necessary.
