Are There Any Additional Fees?
While your membership covers all doctor visits and consultations, some services—like labs, imaging, procedures, and prescriptions—may have additional costs. However, at Jubilee Clinic, we never profit from these fees. Instead, we pass them down to you at cost, meaning you only pay the actual discounted rate that we negotiate on your behalf—with zero markup.

What We Do Not Provide
Clear Boundaries, Honest Care
At Jubilee Clinic, we are committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care within the scope of our practice and values. However, there are certain medical services that we do not offer.
Services We Do Not Provide:
No abortive care – We do not provide or prescribe abortion services or medications.
No gender transformative treatments – We do not offer medical or surgical interventions related to gender transition.
No hormone therapy – We do not prescribe or manage hormone replacement therapy outside of standard primary care treatments (e.g., menopause-related care).
Our focus is on preventive care, chronic disease management, and overall patient wellness. If a service falls outside our scope, we are happy to discuss alternative care options and refer you to trusted specialists when necessary.
What About Your Insurance?
Insurance Limitations:
Our clinic operates on a membership-based model that does not bill insurance companies. This approach allows us to provide personalized, unrestricted care without the constraints often imposed by insurance providers. Consequently, we are considered out-of-network for all insurance companies, including but not limited to:
- Medicaid (Apple Health)
- Kaiser Permanente
- Premera Blue Cross
- Regence BlueShield
- Medicare Advantage Plans
- TRICARE or VA Insurance

At Jubilee Clinic, we welcome patients regardless of their insurance status or catastrophic health coverage. However, it's important to understand how our Direct Primary Care (DPC) model interacts with various insurance plans, especially within Washington State.
Why We Choose This Model:
By eliminating insurance intermediaries, we can focus directly on your health needs without the administrative burdens and limitations associated with traditional insurance-based practices. This structure enables us to offer:
- Transparent Pricing: Clear, upfront costs without hidden fees.
- Extended Appointments: More time to address your health concerns thoroughly.
- Direct Access: Communicate directly with your doctor via calls, texts, or video chats.
Important Considerations for Washington State Residents:
- Supplemental Coverage: While our membership covers comprehensive primary care services, it does not include hospitalizations, specialist visits, or emergency care. We recommend maintaining a high-deductible health plan or other insurance coverage for such situations.
- Non-Qualifying Coverage: Participation in a DPC practice is not considered qualifying coverage under the Affordable Care Act. Ensure you have appropriate insurance to avoid potential penalties.
